Premier chocolate makers from across the Dallas/Fort Worth (D/FW) area will be on hand at the 8th Annual ChocolateFest. This annual fundraiser benefits Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth, an organization dedicated to assisting distressed passengers at DFW International Airport.

More than 200 vintage and new pinball machines, classic arcade games and slot machines will be for sale and set on free play, so guests can leave their quarters at home.  A variety of adult and kid pinball tournaments throughout the weekend will test player’s pinball skills against other competitors for trophies and cash prizes. Door Prizes for pinball related memorabilia will be awarded hourly throughout the weekend, including a grand prize raffle drawing Sunday awarding a full-sized, coin-operated New Transformers Pinball Machine to benefit the Red Cross.

A’hoy mates, it’s time for Pirates Weekend during Spring Break at SEA LIFE Grapevine Aquarium!  Guests are encouraged to dress up as their favorite pirate. Enter the competition on the SEA LIFE Grapevine Facebook page now through March 16.  Guests to SEA LIFE will use quiz trail cards to search for treasure answers within SEA LIFE throughout Spring Break week. And, don’t forget to stop by the gift shop for all your pirate gear including swords, action figures, skull pencil toppers and pirate ships! Spring Break hours are:

Each completed card will be entered into a monthly drawing held by the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce.  To enter, simply leave your completed card where you receive the 10th stamp and pick up a new card.  Winners will be notified by email or phone.

Take a trip to the farm this spring for the City of Grapevine’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Mr. and Mrs. Bunny will be hiding thousands of eggs at Nash Farm for a hopping good time. Special prize eggs will be hidden in each age division. There will be five different events by age division. Kids will love the face painting and other activities such as bounce houses, petting zoo, hay rides and more. Bring your camera for some great photo opportunities and your used eyeglasses and sunglasses for the Lions Club to recycle.
